TERMS OF SALE

New Accounts: We require 50% prepayment for all opening orders. The balances are collected by C.O.D. unless advance payment (cashier's check, money order, company check or credit card ) has been made with an approved credit application on file with Goodview Industries Co., Inc.

Established Accounts: Terms of sales are net 30 from invoice date. Past due balances are assessed at a finance charge of 1.5% per month. Monthly statements will not be sent, please pay from your invoice. All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge.

Ordering: Orders must be placed by authorized purchase order letter or fax with official signature. We do not process any verbal orders.

PRICE
Class: 5C. Including one color, one location imprint. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Due to volatility in the import market, all prices and minimums are subject to change without notice.

Below Minimum: Add $33.35(F) for less than minimum quantity order. Please call for absolute minimum.

IMPRINTING CHARGE
Screen set up: $46.00(F) per color. For repeat order, we charge $13.00(F) per color.

Additional colors/locations: Please add $0.50(F) to unit price for each additional imprint color or location.

Artwork: Camera-ready artwork should be provided by buyer. $59.00(F) per hour if artwork by us.

Typesetting: $9.60(F) for up to two lines (up to eight words) in- house style typesetting.

Pantone Color Matching System: No extra charge for PMS color matching. Colors are matched as close as possible. No guarantee for identical color matching.

Color Separation: Color separated artwork is required for multi-color imprints. We charge $19.50(F) for each color separation.

SAMPLE POLlCY
Random Samples: Charged at 50 pcs quantity net price plus shipping.

Specific Samples: $40.00(F) for one color, one location imprint ($13.00 more for each additional color or location) plus 50 pcs quantity net price, shipping costs and all applicable screen set up fees.

*Attention: If sample order results in a future order, only repeat order screen set up rate of $13.00(F) will apply to the future order

PRODUCTION
Paper Proof: No charge.

Preproduction Sample Proof: $27.00 (F) for one color, one location imprint ($13.00 more for each additional color or location) plus 50 pcs quantity net price, Shipping costs and all applicable screen set up fees.

Normal Production Time: Seven to Nine business days for imprinted items. Multi-color imprints or unusually large orders may need extra working time. Non-imprinted in-stock items will try to ship the same day if order placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.

Rush Order Services: One to Six days rush services are available for a reasonable charge. Please call.

SHIPPING
FOB Point: Hayward, California

Product Sizes & Weights: All numbers given in this catalog are approximate.
Freight: Freight is assumed by buyer. We will ship using your designated carrier, or offer an alternative if we cannot. If no carrier is specified, we will ship the most economical way using our discretion. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost shipments shipped by any freight carrier.

Split Shipment: We allow 3 location split shipment and $5.00 for each additional location will be charged.

CLAIMS
Report all claims, defects and damages to our sales office within three business days on receipt of shipment. In case of damaged items, you must also notify the carrier for a damage inspection.

RETURNS
In case of returns, a prior authorization number should be obtained from us or it will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns unless the return is the result of our error or the merchandise is defective.

LEGAL MATTERS
* We reserve the right to refuse any client's request or order.
* We reserve the right to modify, improve, and redesign products
without prior notice.
* We are not liable for inability to deliver goods due to any
uncontrollable reason occurring outside our California warehouse
shipping point.
* We are not responsible for any false advertising of our products
by any distributors or any other parties.
* The product warranty is 30 days after invoicing date (batteries
not included). We are not responsible for improper use of our products by any party.
* By Placing orders, buyers submitting artwork agree not to take any legal action against GOODVIEW INDUSTRIES CO., INC. for any damages as the result of using artwork by GOODVIEW INDUSTRIES CO., INC.
